SECTION 1 - BASIC PROVISIONS

  1. The administrator of personal data pursuant to Article 4 point 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: " GDPR") is Ostlige Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London – United Kingdom.

  5. The administrator has not appointed a personal data protection officer.

Providing your personal data is a contractual requirement. You are not obliged by law to provide this personal data, the provision of personal data is completely voluntary. However, without providing personal data, we will not be able to process your order, the contract between you and Lioony.com cannot be concluded or fulfilled, and the required services cannot be fulfilled (at all or in the required quality). If we require your consent to process your personal data, you are entitled to refuse to provide consent or to withdraw consent already granted at any time without any negative effects on your relationship with us.

We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

SECTION 4 - DATA RETENTION PERIOD

  1. The administrator stores personal data
    • for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the administrator and to exercise claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
    • for the period until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, a maximum of 5 years, if personal data is processed on the basis of consent.
  2. After the personal data storage period has expired, the administrator deletes the personal data.

SECTION 5 - RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA (SUBCONTRACTORS OF THE CONTROLLER)
